This human experience can offer so much beauty and light but can also deliver tragedy and challenges to us. Life can be hard and is often messy. I know.
We as humans experience a full range of emotions from our life's challenges, and those challenges may cause dis-ease, and we may lose our balance, our center or ourselves as a result of pain and suffering. The body, however, in its infinite wisdom, knows the way towards the healing path, and when we listen to ourselves and apply appropriate techniques and practices consistently and with compassion, a powerful shift IS possible.
