The emphasis of this style of yoga is inward and it is non-competitive, focused on how you feel at the moment, without judgment, expectation or achievement. It is a deep listening of our soul's wisdom. If you are a seeker, consider trying this practice.
In each class or workshop, we will practice asanas or postures, conscious breath work, meditate and chant sacred mantra. It is all designed to get us out of our heads and into our heart.
Classes over an hour in length will also include a gong bath, for blissful surrender.
This practice offers tools and wisdom we can all use and benefit from every day, on and off the mat.
